I am curious and passionate about both scientific and artistic research. Currently, I am pursuing a MSc in Applied Physics with a specialization in Quantum technology. My academic interests lie in nanotechnology, quantum sensing/computing, emergent phenomena and computational physics.

 

In my artistic practice, I aim to visualize and convey the beauty of scientific knowledge in more experiential ways. For example, my latest work: Ode to the Fast Fourier Transform, is a visual homage to the algorithm which many of our daily technologies rely on.

 

Most of my artistic work can be divided in the following groups:

• Emergence Delft, 2023-present. Official TUDelft art & tech Dream Team exploring the intersection between art, science and engineering.

• ArtScience, 2021-2024. Works researching perception and new media. Made during my art school studies at the KABK/KonCon in The Hague.

• Lancet, 2021-2022. Work and designs created for a cultural student association.

• Interactive Future, 2017-2018. A collection of works about various futuristic visions. Made during my high school art classes.
